PRECONFERENCE SYMPOSIUM II: CRITICAL OUTCOMES RESEARCH ANALYSIS (CORA) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

8:00 a.m.	Presentation Fictional Outcomes Reporting: The "Back Story" of the North Carolina Medicaid PCMH and other Demonstrably Invalid Outcomes Finally, a presentation that "does the math": The $300 million in savings through PCMH claimed by North Carolina Medicaid turn out to directly contradict the actual data, which (until now) was suppressed and which shows a cost increase. This presentation will also reveal other examples of mathematically impossible outcomes, and show how you, as a lay person, can distinguish fact from fiction through Critical Outcomes Report Analysis.
